Hello! I am a dog lover that enjoys long walks and time outdoors. I am a physical therapist who has a passion for dogs and activity! I have provided services to people and their dogs including boarding, walks, bathing, and play! I’ve also taken care of dogs that have complex medical needs and conditions, including my own, and I have learned tricks to administer medications, scheduling, and overall management of their health condition as a result of this experience.

Another repeat visit with my pup Claire. Melissa is a great sitter and Claire always is happy and healthy when I get her again. Would recommend for anyone wanting their pup to have a nice stay!
Melissa was great with Bruce, especially considering it was the 4th of July weekend and Bruce gets pretty nervous when he hears fireworks. She replied to all my questions super quickly and sent picture updates every day, which were nice. It was also great having Bruce hang out with another dog (Bear) for a few days!
Melissa is the absolute best!!!! We are so so grateful we found her. She takes incredible care of our golden retriever and I never have to worry when he’s with her. She treats him like her own and always sends updates. Thank you thank you thank you!!!

I would want to know ahead of time if the dog is able to stay home alone for short periods, if it gets along with other dogs, as I do have a very friendly dog. I also would want to know about their diet, preferences with play and walks, and temperament.
A typical day
I like to find something engaging for each dog whether that’s long walks, running, playing fetch, and provide stimulating treat games or other enrichment activities.

I work near home for 8 hours on weekdays and can stop home for care every 4 hours if needed. Weekends are free for the dogs!
