Pet care experience
Experience with many different types of pets. Mature, professional and friendly. Former experience as a foster parent for a national rescue organization. Potty and leash training for puppies. Work from home, schedule flexible. Can take on field trips-swims at dog park, hiking on trails, or just spend time relaxing on the deck watching the squirrels play. My backyard is large and backs to a small creek with lots of trees. Available most holidays and weekends. I currently care for my son’s cat while he attends college and most recently had 2 senior English springer spaniels which have crossed the rainbow bridge in 2019 & 2020. Melissa is the absolute best pet sitter. She is responsive, loves my dogs, and takes excellent care of them when she is with them. I am so thankful to have someone I can trust watching my fur babies while my family enjoys our time away. We wouldn’t be able to leave our pups with anyone we didn’t absolutely trust and Melissa is the perfect person for the job!
Melissa did a great job . She went above an beyond . It was also raining and my dogs hate to go out in the rain . She took did a great job taking them out .
Melissa did an awesome job watching our "boys" for two weeks. She sent us pictures of them in the park and playing ball at home. They even seemed better behaved then when we left :) I would highly recommend Melissa without hesitation and will definitely use her in the future. Best vacation ever since I knew our boys were at home being well taken care of. Thanks-
Melissa was great! Tried to keep us updated on our dogs but we had no signal. They werent stressed out and had no food issues when we got home like we do when we board them.

What are fears your pet has, any temperament issues, or bad habits (freaks out over fireworks, hunts & eats all the socks, will attack bikes on our walks) What are you command words (go potty, sit, place etc. Does your pet like to perform for treats or play any games?
A typical day
I will walk your pet on a leash at nearby parks and in my backyard which backs up to woods and is visited by wildlife and provides for fun sniffing explorations!
