"Dogs ask for so little, but deserve so much!" - Those are the words I live by. I attribute my great love for animals, especially dogs, to my amazing Mother who made sure our family always had an animal or two or three (lol) to care for and love. I have 25+ years experience working with animals of all kinds and a great passion for animals, which is why I decided to start pet-sitting. I work during the day for an Elementary School within the Stamford Public Schools, this helps make my schedule very flexible. I have a love of all dogs - big and small, but have a great deal of experience with large breed dogs (specifically Pit Bulls - the most misunderstood of all dog breeds). I've volunteered a lot of my time, in the past, with Stamford Animal Control and STARelief - where I've held the titles of Voulnteer Coordinator (Pit Bull Rescue) and Director of Pet Food Pantry (STARelief). I've also rehabilitated, fostered and found loving forever homes for countless homeless dogs, in my home, while working with local rescue groups. I currently live in the Stamford, CT with my foster-turned forever rescue Pit Bull mix - Buddy (13) When not taking care of my pets or client's pets, I love to travel, read, shop & spend time with friends and family. I have several solid references to provide you with, in order to ensure that you are 100% comfortable with my ability to take care of your animals while you are away. I understand, from experience, how unnerving it is finding someone you trust fully to take care of your dogs, while you not around. I take pride in making sure your pet(s) get tons of attention and affection while in my care. I will also provide grooming services (bathing & brushing your dog), as a courtesy, if you make me aware, ahead of time. I am available to provide daily walks l, offer "fur-sitting" (just like babysitting, but for your fur-children) if you need to stay at the office late, have a party to attend or just want to spend a fun night out on the town, without worry!
