Pet care experience
I am very personable, full of energy and available to take care of your dog or cat. Original East Coaster now residing in Imperial Beach. I have a degree in Counseling and event experience in Higher Education. I'm available to walk or sit your dog/cat in the Imperial Beach or Coronado area. When I moved to San Diego I spent my first two years dog walking to explore the city and stay active. I took some time off and now have a toddler. I look forward to caring for your fur babies!

Great at communicating!
Melissa and her family took amazing care of our 2 pups! This was our first time using a non-family dog sitter. From the meet and greet to pick up, our fur babies were in great hands! She asked every possible question at the meet n greet to make sure the pups needs were covered and then sent pictures, videos and texts daily! I have never been more at ease with a dog sitter before, and like I said, they have all been family! I STRONGLY recommend Melissa as she truly made our fur babies so at home!!! Amazing care!!!!
My furry girl stayed at Melissa's for one night. Melissa was thorough, careful, loving, and protective. The next day Maggie was happy and calm, and I think she didn't even notice I wasn't with her! She had a great time and I will surely leave her again with Melissa the next time she needs exceptional care.
We had a very thorough meet & greet prior to Mason's first stay to ensure a good fit and then Mason had a wonderful overnight stay in Melissa's home. Received several pictures and updates assuring all was well. Very flexible working my loose pick up and drop off times.

I love taking pups on adventures to the beach or on a hike or I can keep it simple and take them to the park and grassy areas! I'll take your dog wherever you are comfortable and make sure they get lots of exercise and love.
