Dog Lovers with Huge Fenced Yard!!!

Pet care experience

Hello, we are Curtis & Melissa! First and foremost, we are avid dog lovers. We have two fur-babies in our family. Mia is our Standard Schnauzer and Lady is our Miniature Schnauzer. Both are well mannered and non-aggressive. If for some reason your pet needs space from ours, it would be no problem, as we have more than enough space to accommodate your pup. We absolutely love caring for others' pets as we offer doggy daycare and boarding in a kennel free environment. Melissa has over 15 years caring for pets, specifically dogs. Curtis has over 10 years of experience providing local dog and cat services. Both of us are pet first aid & CPR certified, experienced in administering oral and injection medication, and have vast experience when working with senior and special needs dogs. We work very well together as we do separately. We provide our services full-time and are both available 7 days a week at times that can be agreed upon in our introduction meeting. We will provide pictures and any updates with your fur-baby at least every two hours of the time that we care for your loved one. We both take supervision very seriously when it comes to your pet and they will be always treated as family while in our care. We are okay with caring for all dog breeds. However, we are not comfortable handling aggressive or overly dominant dogs. Melissa is bi-lingual, as Spanish is her second language. Our quiet hours are from 8 pm - 8 am, so all booking requests will be read and responded to outside of the hours mentioned. Also, we do not except last minute bookings unless you are a "regular". MEET AND GREET INFORMATION: Our dogs do not join us on our meet and greets. PICK UP AND DROP OFF INFO: Please contact us at least 10 minutes prior to arrival. WHAT TO PACK: Collar or harness, and leash. Enough food and treats for the stay. Any favorite toys, comfy bed, blankets, and anything else that will help your fur-baby have a comfortable stay. Thank you and God Bless!

Excellent service! My dog was super happy all the time. This was her first pet sitter experience so I was kind of nervous but in the first moment I dropped her off I could tell that she would be fine! Daily updates was a huge plus! I got text messages , pictures … so it was a peace of mind knowing she was doing perfect! I highly recommend their services because you won’t regret it. Melissa and Curtis take care of your pet like family! I will definitely use their services in the future! Thank you Melissa and Curtis for taking excellent care of Lyla.. I can tell she had a blast! A++++ customer satisfaction!

I want to take this time to say thank you to Melissa for going above and beyond for me and my puppy, Sebastian while I was on vacation. It was my 1st time away from my pup and she kept me informed everyday! Sending pics, videos and details of his day with no hesitation. Sebastian had a blast with her family and 2 dogs, lady & Mia. Thank you and WE look forward to seeing you soon :o)

Melissa was amazing! She was sending videos, pictures and keeping us updated on how Kora was doing throughout her stay. The best thing is that she was so prepared. She had dog bowls, crates, and more on hand just in case, even though we had brought some of that stuff already. Afterwards, Kora came home and slept for almost an hour or two....which she never does so I know she had her fun! Thank you again Melissa!

We do have a set of questions that we require new clients to answer before we will accept a booking request. These questions are not only for my family's safety but also for your fur-baby and will help in making the stay more enjoyable for both parties. - Are your dog's care instructions listed on Rover.com currently up to date as well as microchip and tags? Including veterinary care instructions, emergency contact, etc. - Have any health issues (e.g., arthritis, allergies, etc.)? - Take medication? If so, what’s their medication schedule? - Ever run away or try to get out of the yard? If this has happened before, how did you get them back? - Have up-to-date vaccinations and preventative flea treatment? - What’s your dog’s meal schedule? - What is your dog’s usual bathroom routine? And how do they let you know when they need to go? - Does your dog have any favorite toys or games? - Does your dog have any quirks that are normal behavior for them (e.g., funny noises they make) or specific tendencies I should know about? - Does your dog have any food aggression or instincts to protect particular toys? - How does your dog handle being around children? - How does your dog handle being around other dogs? - Is your dog spayed/ neutered? - Does your dog mark inside the house? - Does your dog hump other dogs while playing? - Does your dog have any fear towards loud noises such as vacuum cleaners, thunder/lightning, or fireworks? - Does your dog bark excessively? What do you do to calm them down? - Does your dog have any potentially risky behaviors, like getting into the trash, chewing on shoes or other items, etc.? - When your dog is anxious or experiencing separation anxiety, what helps soothe him? - Is there anything specifically that causes anxiety for your dog? - How do you reward your dog for correct behavior? - How do you get your dog to come when you call? - How are your dogs leash manners? Updates: How often would you like photo/video updates during your dogs stay with us if you decided to book? Please provide any additional information that you feel is important to make your fur-babies stay much more comfortable for them.
