I have been a cat mom since 2000, a dog mom since 2016. My animals are my world, and I treat them as if they were human kids. I love to walk dogs, and can typically keep a good pace with most breeds. I have a good way with kitties. My specialty, however, is smaller (<20 lb) dogs, as that is what I have at home. I am comfortable with medication administration, as long as I am given detailed medication instructions. This includes topical, oral, or subcutaneous injectable medications. My comfort comes from having my own special needs dog who requires daily oral medications, and experience giving oral meds to cats as well.
