Pet care experience
Melissa here! This job is my dream job. I am an animal lover with a special place in my heart for dogs! I have never met a dog that I didn't love. I am a trained volunteer at my local shelter and I grew up with a Basset Hound at home and after graduating college, adopted a rescue Labrador Retriever mix puppy and a Tabby mix kitten and they are now best friends! It has been the most rewarding experience! I will treat your animals like they are one of my own and will be very attentive to their needs, because all animals are different! I am trustworthy, responsible, and dependable. I welcome any and all feedback! You should not be worried at all when your dog is in my hands because I know as a dog owner how much your pup means to you and will keep you updated throughout the process and fulfill any special needs you may have!

Melissa was fantastic and went above and beyond with our dog Roscoe. She put my mind at ease when it could have been a stressful situation because our dog ended up needing to wear a cone his entire visit! :-( I don’t know what we would have done without her kindness and flexibility. Melissa was an absolute delight and I was very relaxed to leave my cats in her hands. Both my cats fell in love with her. She was very attentive and took much care when feeding/cleaning for Lima and Kedi. She made sure she arrived on time and followed all the care instructions I had left. I will definitely recommend her and would get her to look after my cats again in the future.
Melissa was extremely helpful this past week when I had to go on a last minute trip. She was happy to squeeze in drop ins with my cat in the mornings, and gave details and pics of each visit. Cat was well fed and the apartment was clean - couldn’t have asked for anything more! :)
The absolute best I will use her every time!

A typical day
I am open to whatever your dog enjoys doing because I want your dog to feel like they are at home. If your dog needs a lot of exercise, I am up for it! It benefits me as well, because it's more steps on my fitness tracker as well! I will play with and give your dog the love, attention, and exercise your dog needs.
