Melissa is great with dogs. I have 3 Chihuahuas which, if you know Chihuahuas, rarely warm up to anyone. The first time Melissa sat for my Eli he actually brought her his ball to play fetch - that never happens. When I added a new highly-temperamental dog to the mix, Pulguita went right up to Melissa and sat in her lap. Perhaps she is part dog whisperer, but I have no idea why my crazy dogs like her more than other sitters. She is nice to humans too which is obviously a plus for me as well! If my dogs accept her, I bet yours will too.
