I've grown up around animals. They have been an important part of my life and some of my closest friends. For seven years I worked at doggy daycare through Best Friends Petcare. Before that, I helped my mother whenever she took on pet sitting dogs. She couldn't get me to do a single house chore, but I'd take care of the animals without needing to be asked. I've can handle dogs of all sizes, goats, chickens, cats, and even plant babies. If I'm not walking outdoors I'm reading or writing so I tend to be a quiet, tidy, house guest who can follow detailed instructions. Friends who I worked with in the past have always told me I have a grounding effect that works wonders on animals - especially anxious or over-excited dogs. (If I had a dollar for every time I was called into day camp to calm the rowdy labs) I am very accommodating and flexible so don't hesitate to reach out and ask if your animal has any special needs!
