Pet care experience
I have had dogs and cats my entire life, caring for them, playing with them, giving them the best life! I have had multiple breeds of dogs, from Great Pyrenees mix to Labrador, to German Shepherd mix. I have also had different cat breeds, like short and long hair domestic. These creatures came into my life at different stages, most were from 2-3 months old and some were a few years old when we first met. I have had a range of experiences handling each of these unique creatures. And I have had even more experience since owning my own dog, Ranger, a German Shepherd mix. He and I have completed puppy and intermediate training classes together. I have pet sat for my family who I would feed and walk their dog and cat. I have given medication to both cats and dogs before and I have experience feeding raw food and kibble. I have a passion for making each animal's life the best possible as they deserve nothing but the very best.

There is a lovely park and dog run right beside my home that I take my dog to every day. My dog would gladly be the company for your fur baby on walks. If you prefer to have your animal separate, my dog is crate trained and wouldn't mind having a little nap while I watch your pooch. I will follow your requests for walking safety measures (harness, collar, etc.) and I have a secondary slip lead that is an extra safety precaution for walks if you would like.

Before I take your dog under my care, I would need to know any allergies they have, medical requirements or treatments, dietary requirements (fewer treats, brand/type of treats, number of feedings), exercise level (number of walks per day), and if they are friendly to large breed dogs.
A typical day
I have a high-energy dog so I always need to keep him moving by taking him for 2-3 walks per day at the park beside my house. I would take your pet on the same walking route unless they specifcally need more or less exercise. I would also stimulate your pet's mind, I have two Outward Hound puzzles I love to give my dog to keep him learning. During downtime, I would give cuddles on the couch or a nice nap on one of the dog beds.

Availability
I am a full-time student, but with classes being online I have a lot of free time during the week. I have a daily routine with my dog and would be happy to add more furry friends to the fun walks and play.
