Melinda is the best. She took care of our furry baby like her own. She was so kind, respectful and gave us details of everything!

As much as I believe Melinda is a great person, she did not do well on the house sitting we booked with her and we ended up having to cancel in the middle of the service. We paid for consistent presence with the house sitting option and not drop in service. This was very inconvenient seeing as we were not in the country at the time. Melinda was supposed to be staying at our house with the dogs; however, she would let them out in the morning after she got up (which wasn’t until 10 one morning), return later in the evening to let them out (between 6-7), and then return to our house in the middle of the night to sleep (between 11:45 and 12:45). I am unsure if she was unaware of our security cameras, but they are in plain sight. I saw her play with, or even pet, our dogs only once. The other times she came in and let them out or fed them without any attention given to them even sitting on our couch for an hour while our dog begged her for attention and she sat on her phone ignoring the dog. Melinda claimed the reason for her lack of presence in our home was due to her needing to take on the role as care giver to a sick relative, but she failed to tell us this until I confronted her in a message about the lack of care being provided to our dogs. Maybe she has provided great service to others in the past; however, this was not one of those times.
