My name is Melinda. I graduated as a Veterinary Technician in June of 2013 from Globe University. I chose to become a Veterinary Technician because I've always had a passion for animals and being their advocate. I got my first horse when I was 8 years old. For many years after I rode at local shows and became involved in 4H. Along with the fun and excitement of showing, came the responsibility of taking care of the horses. As a result I developed many relationships with other horse owners and began caring for their horses as well as their other 4 legged friends. I myself have 2 dogs, and 2 horses who all were more or less rescued. Animals have become a way of life for me and I couldn't imagine having it any other way. In my free time I enjoy riding my horses, hanging out with my friends, family, and pets and just being outdoors. I also have a very strong passion for dogs and cats. I treat every animal in my care as if they are my own. I have many references if interested. I look forward to meeting you and your animals!
