Hey! I’m Melinda and I have 3 dogs and 2 cats. Over my lifetime I have had 6 long-term dogs as well as cats, pigs, bunnies, ducks, and turtles that I treated as part of the family. Before Rover, I pet sat for neighbors for personal enjoyment. I have a good connection with dogs of all sizes whether its playing, running, teaching, communicating, or giving attention. I also have great scratching techniques! I know various walking trails for dogs around the area. When I pet sit at your house, I will treat you, your dog, and home with respect. I will care for your dog as my own during our time together. I book with long-term and one-time clients each week. I am also a full-time college student, so I work around that schedule. I live outside of the triangle and commute for work, so the times I will be in the area may vary. I tend to work 10am to 4pm during the weekdays. If you give me a time frame of when you need my services, I will quickly let you know if I’m available! If you are interested in boarding your pet at my house, just know my pets don’t currently live with me so they will have my full attention. I live in Sanford, NC which is about 35 minutes from Raleigh, but I’m willing to pick them up to ease the commute for you. I can't wait to form a bond with your pet!
