Pet care experience
I've grown up with big dogs in my house (Mastiff&Rottweiler), & currently have a small rescue dog (Charlie) and he is my life! Ask about his rescue story, I love to tell it and I would love to hear yours! Nothing makes me happier than spoiling Charlie or my parent's two Black Lab/German Shepard mixes. I'm a college student looking for a little extra cash, some furry company, and to spoil your fur babies with love and fun just like I do to my own! Weekday availability varies based on class schedule! Feel free to contact me with questions, comments, or pictures of your pets (it would probably make my day)! I'm extremely flexible. I'm that girl that will run across the street or across a parking lot to pet your dog, I just can't help it! I have no breed preferences. As I said, I've grown up with big dogs, have a small dog (A Shorkie) so I have no problem with any breed! I would like to know how they are around people, other dogs, anything they're scared of (Charlie's afraid of balloons?), if female if she's in heat, their favorite toy, potty habits, and anything else you can think of to make them most comfortable!
A typical day
-TONS of attention. I live on a college campus so there are always people to give them love! -Private room in apartment if we need a little space or if we feel overwhelmed. - My favorite place to walk is Minnehaha Falls! There's a dog park there as well as many walking trails and woods to explore! -I also live in a residential area that's perfect for quick walks. -Powderhorn park is also close by. -Car Rides! I'm not sure about you, but my dogs LOVE the car! If not, that's okay too. - I have two roommates that also love dogs, so there is always someone to give pets and snuggles! - Watching dogs eat pup cups from DQ/other ice cream places gives makes me SO HAPPY! So if parents say it's okay, your dog mightbget a little spoiled... - Night time cuddles!
