Hi! My name is Melba, and I am the proud owner of a 3 year old goldendoodle, Ollie! I also a new-grad physical therapist. I just recently graduated with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Hunter College in NYC. Prior to getting Ollie, I house-sat in addition to babysat several dogs. Initially, it started off as favors for co-workers, and eventually I was referred by word of mouth so I started accepting requests to take care of dogs of their friends, relatives, and so forth! I am currently a contracted dog walker in the Financial District, serving high-profile clientele, as well! I know initially entrusting a stranger to take care of your dog and to enter your home may be nerve-wracking, but rest assured that your dog will be in the best of hands! I am a firm believer in treating each dog as if it were your own, and stand by the affirmation that your dog will receive the utmost quality of care. Dogs aren’t just pets, they’re family! I also know from experience, that keeping the owner up to date serves to build good rapport which is why, while your dog is entrusted in my care, I will make sure to send picture as well as video updates to make sure you are ease while away from your beloved dog-son/daughter.
