Hi everyone! My name is Melanie, and hoping to help with your dog care needs. I have years of experience with dogs from volunteering, fostering, day care, walking, boarding to house sitting. I look forward to getting to help care for your dog (or two)! Follow along @melsdoggyspot to see what my dog clients get to do when they have a stay with me. *** For dog boarding services, I am likely your best choice for weekend trips due to my job during the week (I commute and will be out of the home between 7-6pm, 2-3 times a week, currently this does include some Fridays). Therefore, I may not be the best option for longer trips if your dog is not able to do long periods of unsupervised time. If you have questions about this specifically, feel free to reach out and we can talk further about options (such as daycare with another sitter, or a dog walker). I am happy to cater to your dog's individual needs, walks, feedings, crate trained, etc... I work with all breeds of all ages (I do have a weight restriction due to my residence- will need to be less than 50 pounds). I also live in an apartment and have to be conscious of noise level, therefore dogs that bark persistently and at many sounds are likely also not a good fit.
