I have been petting through Rover for about 4 years. I absolutely love dogs and feel lucky to be able to get some doggy time in whenever I can. I raised 5 dogs in my life and am one of those people that stops every time I see a dog just to say "DOG!" I am reliable, responsible, and take the upmost care in caring for animals. Currently, I work remotely from home so I’m free to take care of your doggy! :) When petsitting, I will make sure to keep your doggies' routine, making sure to take them for walks, give them quality play time and shower them with pets! I'm am also familiar with giving dogs their medication and any additional care. My goal is to ensure your dog(s) feel at home and are well taken care of. It gives me pure joy to take care of furbabies! I don’t take it lightly that a member of your furry family is under my care and will give them all the love and attention I would my own pets :)

Melanie was amazing. While I was out of town she kept me up to date on my dog Elvis and did an amazing job watching him. During this time he had a complication with his heart murmur. Melanie recognized this and reached out to me about taking him to the vet. After he was back from the vet, she continued to look after him and monitored him closely. I felt comfortable with how responsive and attentive she was to remain out of town. I am grateful for the superior job she did, and so is my little buddy Elvis.
Mel was awesome! She saw the daily updates and put our minds and hearts at ease. The house was clean and taken care of, the pups were happy as well! Thank you so much Melanie! You made our time away from them much easier :)
Melanie is great to work with. She is very prompt with communication. She updated me several times during her stay with my dog. She was very receptive to all of the dog care instructions I left. I felt very comfortable leaving my dog with Melanie and will definitely use her again.
Melanie is amazing! She is kind and patient and went the extra mile with my dog Lanikai. Lanikai gets very anxious around new people and will go into hiding. Melanie took such good care of her and coaxed her out of hiding. I will for sure have Melanie dog sit again. She was a pleasure to work with and I felt completely at ease knowing my pup was in such great hands.
