Hello! I have been around animals all of my life. I was born and raised in California then moved to Arizona recently to pursue a master’s program. I grew up around cats and dogs. I have a cat of my own that I adopted and I have had the privilege of watching many other furry friends in Nevada, California and now Arizona. I love to run/hike with dogs and I am familiar with giving any needed medications that require needles, eye drops, etc. With my current work and school schedule, I am very flexible :)

Melanie stayed at our apartment for several nights to take care of our puppy and she did a fantastic job! Everything was just as we left it and the house was spotless. She also made sure to ask me any questions along the way if they came up. I would definitely use her services again in the future and would recommend her to others as well!
Melanie is incredible! She took great care of my cat and was very responsive. My cat simply adores her and had a great time.

A typical day
I love going on runs or walks. Taking dogs out in the backyard to play or just to the park is always a great time for them physically. With cats, I like to engage with them using their toys or just making them feel comfortable.

Availability
I work from home and I am able to check on pets throughout the day. I start nursing school in January and I will still have a flexible enough schedule to go on walks, check-ins, and house-sitting.
