Melanie is very professional about the job and caring for animals. I’m a very worrisome cat mom and had changed and added on many requests several times. For example, she quickly provided me with her references and agreed to take extra pictures for me when I asked. She’s is also very responsive and understanding. She’s currently looking after my cat when I’m away from a long time, I trust her and know that my cat is in good hands. :)
