Hi my name is Melanie and I am a responsible young adult living on the border of Darien, CT. I would love to have the opportunity to take care and meet your dogs or cats! I have been a pet owner for over 20 years and have many years of experience helping taking care of dogs and cats for friends and family. I try to be reliable, organized, and professional with all my visits. I currently have a hybrid work schedule and work from home most days of the week and have a very flexible schedule to meet your needs! I have experience administering different types of medication for dogs as well! I look forward to meeting you and your pup/kitty!

I cannot recommend Melanie enough. She looked after our senior dog while we were on an extended trip overseas. I received numerous photographs of him looking healthy, happy and loved, and his affection for her was obvious on our return home. Melanie kept our house immaculate and also maintained good contact with us while we were away. She is extremely responsive to emails, punctual, and has an excellent work ethic. I felt extremely comfortable while away knowing Chessie was in her care. THANK YOU!!!!

A typical day
I love to be outside and understand how important it is for dogs to exercise everyday! I would bring your dog to Winslow Dog Park or to Aspetuck Land Trust and let them explore and get some exercise at the same time!

Availability
In the summer I have a very relaxed work schedule with summer Fridays and long weekends off. Most days, I can visit or walk pets in the morning/afternoon/night! In the fall/winter, my schedule gets a bit busier but I will do my best to accommodate :)
