I have cared for my own 3 dogs and multiple other (domestic/exotic) pets over the last 28 years. Sadly, the hubby says no more than one dog in the house. My caring for your dog is my way of getting to play and love on more dogs! Experienced in dog walking, senior care, puppy care, training & dog grooming. Melanie was a dream come true for us! She was very knowledgeable about many things, not just dogs. Her overall knowledge compliments how she does things and carries herself. I felt at complete peace knowing our dog was going to have visits from Melanie. Especially, since our dog can have anxiety and has a wound from an accident. We came back home to a happy and excited pup. We could tell he had a good time with Melanie! She is also familiar with the area which was nice to know we could possibly run into her at any time and that she knows where everything is in case of emergencies.
Melanie loves animals and it’s apparent in her care. We have trusted her to care for my dog while away and we would definitely use her again and again! Charlie was very happy and he can’t wait for her to come back again.

I am an experienced dog walker and will exercise your pup in your neighborhood or mine. I have a fenced in yard to keep your pup safe and well exercised with ball playing and running around. I will always meet your pet prior to committing to care for them to make sure we are both comfortable with each other. As a bonus to you- I have experience in basic obedience training and will use that skill set while with your dog.

A typical day
I will stimulate your dog with ball throwing, walks in your neighborhood to smell new smells, possibly a trip to the dog park (if they play nicely with others), backyard play in mine or yours and lots and lots of cuddles. Your pup will get tons of attention when you are not home.

I am currently a small business owner and pet artist who has time to play and walk your pups while you are away at work! I am free during the daytime and late afternoon hours Evenings are not preferred but early evening could be arranged on a per basis.
