It depends on whether your dog is staying at mine or I’m staying at yours. At my house we would go on bihourly walks to the park near my house. I have a long lead to play fetch your dog once-twice a day, but I won’t let him off leash for their safety. If they are at your home and you have a fenced in yard we will play fetch or hang out there but still take an occasional walk around the neighborhood. I prefer dogs that are crate trained since they tend to feel safer at a new place if they have a little “cave” for them to go to sleep in. Your dogs safety is of the utmost importance to me and I take lots of measures to insure the best care they can get.
