Melanie took wonderful care of our girl. Walks, cuddles on the couch, and of course, some adorable photo ops! She spent lots of quality time with her and communicated quickly and effectively with me during the stay. I had no doubts our pup was in wonderful hands!

This was our very first Rover experience and I'm so happy we found Melanie. We can't say enough great things about her! Aside from being so professional and easy to communicate with, she requested to meet Barker before her stay - which is so thoughtful for the dog. Unfortunately, she had a pretty scary experience while staying with Barker, our 12 year old lab. Our sweet guy suffered a stroke while she was walking him, but Melanie kept her calm and had neighbors help by staying with him while she got her car. Unable to reach us, she did not panic and drove him to our vet. She stayed with him until the vet was able to speak to us and send him off to Med-Vet. When we spoke to Melanie she was already with the Vet updated us on every detail. She sent pictures of him during transport and of him at the vet, so we were always in the loop on how he was doing even though we were several states away. We can thank her enough for the love and attention she gave our sweet buddy; your pet will be in the best hands if you choose Melanie. I won't hesitate to call on her again.
