Hi there! I'm Melanie, a friendly, enthusiastic marketing strategist living in San Francisco. For starters, I'm the type of girl who politely asks you on the street if I can pet your dog--yes, that's probably me! I can't walk by a dog without smiling--they're such a joy to have around! Tough renting rules have made it impossible for me to be a dog-momma of my own, so I would enjoy nothing more than to care for and love on your own special pups while you're away! Melanie was a great sitter for our older Bernese mountain dog. She sent us daily updates and photos, checked in when Lucia wasn't feeling well, and left the house looking great. We will not hesistate to reach out to her again to stay at our house and take care of Lucia.
Melanie is a superstar! After scheduling to dog-sit, my pup was prescribed a cocktail of meds unexpectedly. Melanie was a trooper by rising to the challange of not only entertaining my high-energy furry friend but executing his new daily regiment of medication. Not to mention, my dog was additonally presribed to wear a cone-of-shame following a minor surgery. It put me at greater ease when away knowing that Melanie would was willing to ge above and beyond to make sure my attention-needed pup was comfortable and closely looked after. I sincerely, highly recommend Melanie!
Melanie was very easy to work with, extremely prompt and our dogs appeared very happy when we arrived home. She also left our home in great condition and we are grateful for that!
