I recently moved to the Clearwater, FL area from Nashville, TN. I took a break from Rover for a little while, got settled in and now I pet sit on Rover for fun! I’m very much looking forward to starting back up! I LOVE my Rover clients! I definitely spoil the animals! I grew up with dogs and have always loved them. I also like to think that I understand dogs in a way some people don't. I get to know their personalities well and am really good with all dogs no matter the breed or temperament. Also, I am skilled with training dogs simple commands if they are willing to learn. I've been house-sitting/dog watching for 10+ years now, with three+ years on Rover. Any special attention animals I can especially care for. If they are on medications or need any extra attention, I don't mind giving it. I have a dog of my own, Nola (20lbs, 2 years old), and she LOVES other dogs... she's never met a stranger! If your dog stays with me, it's nice for your dog to have something of theirs from home so they feel "safe"... a blanket, toy or bed so keep that in mind! I usually make sure it's okay for them to get treats-- Nola gets treats every time she comes in from going potty. I LOVE to spoil the dogs. Nola has plenty of toys for them to play with also, if allowed. If I stay with your dog- I usually book close to my home. I will keep your home clean and when you get back you'll barely even know I was there! Of course you will know I'm there because I'll send you pictures/videos every morning and afternoon/bedtime of your fur baby! I do like to book stays close to my house though so I can check on Nola (if she’s unable to come with me). I can walk dogs in the morning or afternoons and anytime on the weekends. I'm unavailable M-F from 8am-5:30pm as I have a full time, 40hr/wk job... but depending on how close you are... depends on if I can check on your pet mid-day or not. I am available to house sit anytime during the week and weekends. I'll love to host your pups or come stay with them. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
