For most of my life I’ve had a dog but I love both dogs & cats! I started caring for my dog at about 8 years old, the basic feeding and bathing and brushing (I had a Shih Tzu at the time). Years later we got a Siberian Husky (Romeo) and the maintenance was much higher but definitley manageable. I taught Romeo to sit, lay down, and give me his paw all by 11 Months old. Although he was very smart and well trained he loved the lake we had behind our house and sometimes snuck into it resulting in getting a small skin infection a few times or getting water in his ears and getting an ear infection. Throughout these infections I would follow the vets orders to a T, with Romeo recovering in no time! If you are like myself your pet is not really a pet but more like family, trust that he/she is in great loving hands!
