I’ve had 5 dogs throughout my life! My current dogs are both rescues (25lb and 60lb). They love to play, go for walks, run around their large fenced in backyard, and are very loving. I would say each of my dogs over the years have shaped me as a dog owner. I’ve taken care of dogs at all stages of life. Prior to my current 2 pups, I had to say goodbye to my hurricane Katrina rescue at 14.5 years old. I enjoy being outside with them, getting them some good exercise, and am attuned to their needs. I have a large amount of experience training puppies (I’ve read all the books), am an avid clicker trainer, and currently training my dogs to use the fluent pet buttons to communicate. I respect any special instructions required for your dog as each is unique. I want to be able to help you and your dog feel safe while you’re away and attend to any needs they have to help maintain a stress free environment. Share with me any details about your dogs preferences for playing, favorite spots, daily routine, etc. so that I can make my visit with them as personalized as possible. I have a flexible 9-5pm job which allows me to work from home full-time during the week at which time I’d be happy to stop by for a visit or a walk or keep your pup at my place during the day and/or overnight as long as they get along with my two best buds. I’m around most weekends so as long as I know in advance, I can plan to either stay the night with your pup or else visit a few times while you’re away.
