Pet care experience
I have owned cats all my life. I currently have a 14 year old lady that I adopted four years ago. I have experience taking care of cats from newborns to seniors, and am comfortable with giving medication. I have extensive knowledge and experience caring for fish. I am capable and willing to perform tank maintenance. I have also cared for aquatic and terrestrial reptiles, amphibians, birds, and small animals (chinchillas, hamsters, guinea pigs, mice, etc). I would love to take care of your pets! I can clean their enclosures/litter box, give them medication, and offer a lot of love and play time. I am currently working as a pet sitter full-time. I have a flexible schedule. I am generally available 7 days a week from 6am to 10pm. I can take care of your pets on a regular schedule or as needed. My priority is the health and safety of your pet. For every visit, I provide a detailed report of how your pet is doing and lots of photos. I will let you know if there is any changes in your pet's behavior, and work with you to provide any extra care they may need.

Melaina is so wonderful with my cats and goes above and beyond to play with them and care for them during our vacation time away.
Melaina is phenomenal. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and a very capable care giver for our (fairly high maintenance) cat. We don't trust just anyone with our kitty, but with Melaina we even joke our cat likes her more than us! She's the absolute best and we hope to be able to continue booking her for as long as we live in the area.
