Mel was wonderful and communicated with me the entire time & sent pictures of my doggos. She was kind enough to play with them for a bit while there because my dogs love human interaction and tend to get sad when left alone. Thankful for her and this app as I am a first time user and was worried about leaving my dogs alone while being out of town. Extra thanks to her for doing this for me on a holiday, it was so much appreciated.

We used Rover drop-in visit first time to take care our lab and we are glad we picked Mel for this. Mel was punctual and took care of everything we discussed. We will definitely seek her services for any future needs.
