There is something so special about being around dogs . The greatest aspect I've learned while working with dogs is not to judge i.e gentle giants, old dogs and funny looking one too. Volunteering at a dog shelter has made such an impression on me, the little work we can do with a dog to curb bad habits that help them become great family dogs is so valuable. I do not judge dogs off of their breed, I've been around gentle pit bulls, docile Rottweilers and the whole lot. It is also very important that I be honest about a dog's personality as well. I think the thing that every dog owner wants to know is that whomever is around their dogs, they have the best intentions.
