I'm retired and love all dogs. Since the age of 9, I've had one or more dogs at almost all times. I love dogs of all sizes and playing with them never gets old. I'm very active and still teach motorcycle safety for the last 27 years. I've had mutts, dachshunds, terriers, beagles, Shi Tzu's over the years (dachshunds are my first love). My daughter has 4 rambunctious rescue boxers that are so much fun I might have to borrow one or more. Animal abuse makes me sad and angry. Dogs just want to please their people and get love (and perhaps food/treats) in return. We might even be able to arrange a playdate with either of my dogs (beagle or Shi Tzu) once I have a relationship with your beloved dog.
