Hi everyone! I love all animals, especially dogs and cats! As a physical therapist, I definitely stress the importance of having fun while being active for not only humans, but also pets! I will play fetch, run with, or cuddle with your pets. I will ensure safety and track both the owner's as well as the dog's and cat's needs. I have two cats (calico and a black cat) and a dog who’s a German Shepherd Husky and cattle dog mix (40 lbs). I am able to handle stressful situations and communicate effectively when needed. I like to take many (did I say many?) pictures of the cuties - maybe even a selfie with myself in it too -and send it owners!. I will take the time to talk to owners to learn more about them and their dogs or cats. On my free time, I love to exercise, hang out with friends, play my guitar and karaoke, and play with pets! I would love to work with you and care for your baby(ies)!

Meilin did a wonderful job looking after our two cats. She was prompt and communicated very well. We especially loved the pictures and videos. Our cats clearly took to her, and we’ll definitely use her again!
Just book her, she’s amazing. Arlines lost my bag and she even held onto the key and dropped it by later to let me into my house.
We love Meilin! This was our first time hiring someone to check on our cat while we were out of town, and she immediately made us feel at ease and worry free. The updates were great, including a heads up when she would be arriving and lots of pics and videos. Thanks Meilin!! ?

I have a dog who is a German shepherd cattle dog mix (40 lbs) with a good amount of energy so she can entertain your dog! I also have 2 cats, they sometimes play fight but mostly mind their own business. My fiancé and I have a private rooftop in our townhouse so we can take the dogs up there for more space to play.

DOGS/PUPPIES: I would like to know if the dog is house and crate trained, if they are aggressive or reactive towards people/other dogs or animals, any health issues they may have (medications), level of activity, baseline behavior, what commands they already know (sit, down, stay, come, touch, paw, leave it, etc) We do not allow dogs on furniture! There will be plenty of cots and beds for them to lounge and sleep on :) We also have a 36” size crate for those who sleep in their crate. CATS/KITTIES: No breed preferences! I'd like to know baseline behavior of the cat, level of activity, and if he/she likes playing with toys! I also want to know if they like belly rubs (I know most do not!) or being picked up. Of course, need to know if there are any health issues or medications your cat takes.
A typical day
I would incorporate mental exercises for your dog and do training (command following including sit, down stay, paw, come, leave it, place, impulse control work, etc…). This would help tire out your dog in addition to physical exercise! From my experience, mental exercise tires them out longer than physical! Cats will enjoy all the cuddles and brushes!! And of course, lots of play time if they are into toys.

Availability
I am a full time Physical Therapist, however my fiancé works remote and will be helping me with any pet that we board in our home. I will communicate with owners about the needs for their pets (feeding schedule, potty break, etc…) I am usually available in the early mornings and evenings.
