Mehran cared adequately for my two large breed dogs, but service was not to the standard we expect from Rover. When I called Mehran to ask how to get through the gate to his complex he asked who I was and asked if I was using Rover. He then responded that I was at the wrong place and Rover has failed to update his address. After driving an additional 20 minutes I arrived at his home and stood outside waiting for the door to be answered; he came outside when I called his phone. He was very polite and welcomed us into his home, but I was beyond surprised to see he actually has a studio apartment and not a house as stated on his profile. We reviewed care instructions and went through all of the girls' supplies. It was stated prior that he would kennel the girls if needed while he was at work, but it is not noted anywhere that the pet owner must supply the kennels. He stated he would figure out the situation and we left for our trip. I did not receive daily updates unless I requested. We notified Mehran we would be later in the evening returning prior leaving on the trip, on the day of return we stated we would be an hour over the expected arrival and asked if he would like us to come in the morning. (We stated we were aware of extra costs.) He stated "Another morning would be extra. Sooner the better." Upon arriving at the apartment he was outside with the girls. He did not ask us to come inside to retrieve their items or make sure we had everything; the bedding he returned was soiled. I did not receive a Rover report card as I have with all other sitters.

Mehran was outstanding as a sitter and my dogs enjoyed their stay with him. I will definitely be using his dog services again! I highly recommend him
