I have been taking care of dogs for 10 years. Not only did I grow up with multiple family dogs, I also showed dogs for many years when I was younger. That experience involved intense dog training, grooming, and detailed care giving. If requested, we can discuss what behaviors you would like me to train during your dog's time with me. It's a practice I greatly enjoy! I also have a background in animal medicine and interned at a wildlife rehabilitation center in their mammal nursery. I was responsible for providing medication, fluids, feeding, and cleaning of the animals in my care. Because of this experience and my many others, I am very comfortable with all variety of animals, and am calm if emergency situations arise. Spending time with animals lifts my spirits in between classes and work :) I am originally from Wisconsin but currently live in Tempe, AZ as a master's student studying sustainable solutions.
