Pet care experience
I have taken care of multiple dogs in my lifetime. I had my little girl for 14 wonderful years, she was a pomeranian. She was a happy and healthy pup until about 12. She then went blind and started going deaf. She also had focal seizures. That's when a dog may lose control of some function but is still aware of your presence. So I do have experience with dogs that have special needs. My dogs were always my first priority and your dog will also be my first priority. I do also have experience administering medication, mostly liquids but I did have to get crafty with pills for awhile. (I tried everything) I have taken care of small to large dogs. Miniature pincher, pomeranian, German shepherds and rottweilers.

I do live in a very quiet apartment building. My apartment is on the lower level, so it has easy access in and out. I'm also right next to the bike trail in chatham, so walks can be part of the weekend stay (as long as walking apparatus is provided). I have a special little nook for the dog beds, I do have a dog bed already and also a special elevated cot for dogs that may have arthritis. I do not have anything on my floors or in my apartment that would be harmful to dogs (since I did have my pup here for so long). There is a big grassy area right outside my apartment. I always have gone outside with my pet and kept an eye on them as they potty, will also keep on a leash.
