Pet care experience
I have been around dogs for my entire life, but specifically caring for them for about 7 years now. I currently work at a pet store as a store manager and any time a pup comes into our store, I can't help but love on them a little bit. I've cared for young and old dogs and everything in between. I have one dog, Matilda, and she's 2 years old right now and loves other dogs! I am able to administer medication if needed, my dog plus one of my three cats is administered medication every day. On the days I will be caring for the dog, I will spend all of my time with your dog. If I sound like a good fit for you and your pup, please send me a message!

Meghan was a life saver when I had to go out of town for a family emergency! She was able to look after, feed, bathe, and board my dog Max for 5 days. Max is a german shepherd so she is very well versed taking care of large dogs, plus she has her own large dog, Bella. Max and Bella were best of friends by the end of the visit and they still have occasional playdates here and there. If I ever need someone to care for Max again, I will definitely go to Meg.

I like to know the dogs temperament around other dogs and cats. I also like to know if they are territorial or food aggressive that way I can make preparations ahead of time. Do they have separation anxiety? I am able to make preparations for that as well. I am open to any and every breed so that is not a problem, and I especially love Goldens!
A typical day
I have a number of different enrichment toys that can be available, I have a light background in training as well so i’m able to make sure your pups earn those treats! I have a high energy dog so i’m very well versed in ensuring each dog i work with is mentally stimulated 24/7.

I have a house full of animals so pet care is my daily routine! I’m well versed in dogs & cats but we also have 2 leopard geckos, a chinchilla, a rabbit, & a frog!
