Pet care experience
I love animals in general, but have a really big soft spot for dogs. I love playing with them and walking or running them (especially on the beach). I treat every animal as if they're my own. Dogs have such a tremendous amount of love to give and I soak up every second of it. I am a volunteer at the Virginia Beach Adoption Center on Birdneck Road. The adoption center required a full criminal background check as well as finger printing at the courthouse. I've cared for dogs many times for many different friends and family members and I'm always open to housesitting. I know dogs feel more comfortable in their own homes and maintaining their regular schedules. I work from home and have great flexibility. I do have weekends off, so I'm available then as well. Meghan was fantastic! We were first time Rover users and a little nervous about the experience. She was quick to respond and sent us photos while we were gone. She made the process super easy. I feel like she treated our dogs like her own.

Meghan has taken care of my dog on several occasions while I've been out of the country. She is very conscientious and responsible in caring for my Sheltie. Wrigley is a high energy & demanding dog that requires lots of excerise. She is very patient with him, walks and plays with him endlessly while he's with her. He lovers her and I am at ease while I'm away from him.
I am happy to write this letter of recommendation for Meghan whom I have known for almost ten years. In this letter I would like to express my respect and appreciation for her. She is always cheerful, dependable, clean, and willing to take on new responsibilities whatever the task. She takes great care of my dog Autumn like she is her own and loves her ALMOST as much as I do and to me that is very important. With the responsibility of taking care of your dog its's not something she HAS to do, but some she really WANTS to and ENJOYS do.
