Pet care experience
My name is Meghan and I recently moved back to Marquette - after living in Grand Rapids for 10 years. I am an art teacher and a travel consoler with a flexible schedule and a deep love for dogs! While in Grand Rapids I lived with two dogs who I helped raise from puppies. I miss those early morning runs, evening strolls, playing in parks and long weekend hikes - all made better by my dog companions. I hope to spend spend some time getting to know your dog, together we will stay active and playful. I am a very responsible caretaker, calm but alert, firm but friendly, consistent but fun. I will take the job very seriously, as I know how important your pet is!

Meghan is a calm caring responsible dog sitter! She has taken care of my dog several times, a dog who need lots of mental and physical activity so that he is not destructive. She is patient and lives an active lifestyle and would be a great caretaker for your pet!
Meghan has watched my dog, Sadie, on several occasions. A natural at pet care, she always takes great care of Sadie. She is extremely thoughtful, an excellent communicators, very responsible, and consistent. Meghan is also an active person–she makes sure Sadie gets walks and often takes Sadie on adventures in nature. Meghan is overall a great choice for your pet's care!

A typical day
Dependent of the dog and their needs of course, I love walking in the woods. Marquette’s North and South trails are prime dog walking paths. Otherwise around the neighborhood in which the dog lives. I would be happy to take the dog to the nearest park to socialize and see the people. Or down to the beach if they enjoy swimming. I am not afraid to get dirty, throw the stick, or go on adventures. Whatever it takes for your dog to enjoy themselves while getting the excercise they need!
