Pet care experience
Caring for animals is my passion. I received my Bachelor's degree in Conservation and Wildlife Management from Delaware Valley University and I plan on making caring for animals my career. I have 5 years of experience working with dogs & cats in boarding kennels where I feed, exercise, clean and give medication to dogs of various sizes. Along with kennel work I also have experience working in a doggie daycare setting where I monitored large play groups of 10+ dogs at a time. I have many years of experience pet/house sitting for friends and family along with owning 2 dogs and 2 cats of my own. I'm currently working for Guiding Eyes for the Blind where I am responsible for the care and wellbeing of over 160 dogs every day. I'm no stranger to taking expert care to dogs!

Meghan would be an excellent dog sitter! She has the biggest heart for animals and truly takes incredible care of them. Whether it be her own dogs or the dogs she's taken care of in the kennels she's worked at, she always takes care of them as they were her own. You will never have to worry about your dog if they are with her. I would without a doubt trust my animal with her. She has the experience, knowledge and heart and I know this would be a perfect job for her!

I have 2 dogs of my own and there are often other dogs in my house. I have 2 roommates who have dogs of there own so it would be important for me to know if the dog I'll be sitting gets along with other dogs. I have no breed preferences. I would prefer to sit dogs that are crate trained but it isn't a deal breaker.
A typical day
I love to hike so a nice walk in the woods would be a perfect way for both the dog and I to get some exercise! I am a pro at throwing a ball/frisbee for fetch but I also enjoy sitting on the couch and giving a dog a good belly rub!
