I am a full time nanny who has also cared for many family pets over the past 10 years. I also have a rescue dog of my own who is a high energy Pitt mix and very sweet. I am willing to travel to Southside Jacksonville and Ponte Vedra areas.

When petsitting it is my responsibility to care for each animal as if it were my own. I would happily reenforce the same rules, guidelines, feeding routines, behavior expectations etc. set by the pet’s parent.

Please let me know if there is anything specific to your dog that I should be aware of. For example: I have cared for a dog that didn’t like to be pet on her stomach or the top of her head. Something I would never have know had her owner not informed me.
A typical day
I think playing with pets in a way the stimulates them both physically (walk, fetch, rope toys etc.) and mentally (hide and seek with treat or toys, reenforcing general commands in a positive and new way) is important to their overall happiness and well being.

Availability
I am currently a part time nanny for two separate families. Wednesday-Friday I work from morning to mid afternoon, this leaves my late afternoon and evenings free to help care for your pets.
