Meghan was great with Ollie. He had some anxiety staying with a new dog walker, but Meghan helped ease his anxiety and sent me updates throughout the day.
Meghan was a great and understanding caretaker for a long weekend stay for our dog, Oscar. Meghan gave us frequent updates on Oscar's stay and included pictures of his daily activities. She's conveniently located by one of our favorite parks for dog walks. Her dog, Pluto, is super sweet and seemed like a great companion for our more introverted beagle. We will definitely reach out to Meghan next time we are looking for a Rover ...
Meghan was great- readily available for drop off and pick up and sent me pictures of Wilder having a GREAT time out hiking and hanging out with her dog, as well as other dogs she was watching. Would love to have her watch him again, next time I have to go out of town.
Love/attention galore for your dog
I have always been a dog lover. My mother gifted my with an AKC guide book when I was about 7 years old, which I immediately read front to back. I started watching the dogs in my childhood neighborhood by the time I reached 11 or 12 years old. To this day, I am the sort of person that can identify a Clumber Spaniel from a far distance.
Though professionally I work as a writer ...
What Meghan would like to know about your dog
I'm open to any and all breeds! I only have two requirements that I try to abide by:
1.) Because I have a dog of my own, I can't take any dogs that are aggressive toward other dogs.
2.) Because I live in a shared unit and I want to be considerate of my neighbor, I can't take an excessive barker that can't be easily redirected.
In addition, for extended stays (over 3 days), dogs will have to be able to tolerate some time alone so that I can get out to do basic errands, attend appointments that come up, etc.
