Pet care experience
I have had several pets throughout my lifetime, including cats, dogs, birds, fish, and farm animals. I love animals of all shapes and sizes and am willing to help in whatever way I can. I can administer oral medications if needed and have experience with anxious and reactive pets. I have experience with behavioral principles and behavior modification, and while I am NOT a certified dog trainer, I am happy to support/reinforce any behavioral modifications you are currently running as long as we are able to discuss them in advance.

Megan did an amazing job taking care of my senior cat while I was away for a few days. She is reliable and timely and was able to give my cat his needed medications twice a day. She went above and beyond to give him extra love and attention. I greatly appreciated the photos and videos she sent to ease my mind that he was doing well. I would definitely book Megan again!
Megan was awesome! She was so prompt in her reply even when she was booked fully with other clients! Megan sent videos and pictures and kept me updated. With a new puppy in the house it was very nerve racking to have someone new come in my home to hang with her. Megan made mw feel comfortable right from the start and with her updates not only in photos and videos, her messages were thoughtful and you can tell she loves what she does! Highly recommend!!

I am happy to follow any house rules and routines that you need in order to help your pet feel comfortable and cared for. Unfortunately right now I am unable to care for pets in my own home, however I hope to offer that option soon! The best way to reach me is through the Rover app.

If your dog has food or environmental allergies, is reactive towards people or other animals, is on medications, has any triggers (e.g. certain types of clothing, noises, bicycles, or kids), etc. these are all good things for me to know so I can be prepared! I do NOT accept any pets that exhibit aggressive behaviors towards people, as I feel strongly that these types of situations are best managed by professional and certified dog trainers. If you are unsure if your pet falls into this category, feel free to message me so we can determine if it is a good fit.
A typical day
I will typically follow a dog's lead when I meet them to see what they gravitate towards, so the activities we do vary, however I do have some dog training experience so I have a few tricks up my sleeve to tire out your pup (like scent games!). I give lots of lovin' and attention to every dog I watch if they're open to it! I love providing enrichment for pets, especially during the winter months and utilize a lot of "scent games" to keep pets engaged. FAQs: --Why are your services priced so high?-- In short, you get what you pay for. I believe that the services I provide are high-quality, individualized, luxury care for pets that you will not find with any other provider. This job is a priority and passion for me, not just a side-hustle, and the quality of my services reflects this. I DO provide a perk for my clients called "locked rates" meaning once you book with me, you can be sure that that is the rate you will pay for all future bookings! ? --Do you offer services aside from walks and 30/60-minute drop-ins?-- Yes, please message me directly with your specific needs and we can work together to determine if it will be a good fit! However, I do NOT coordinate any services or accept payments off of the Rover app for confidentiality and liability reasons. --Do I have to tip?-- Tips are never expected, but are always appreciated. Rover does collect approximately 20% of what YOU pay for your booking, and tips can help offset this deduction. At the very least, a review is ALWAYS welcome and it helps me best serve more wonderful pet parents like you!

Pet care through Rover is my full-time job, which means I have lots of weekday availability to do frequent drop-ins and it also means that I take this job very seriously! I am dependable and you can always count on me to ensure your pets are in capable hands. If you would like to book an extended drop-in (e.g. more than 60-minutes), please message me directly to ask as I am happy to provide extended services at an increased rate. Additional services: -Wedding/Reception Day Pet Care (in your home or at the venue) -Transportation to/from Doggie Day Care/Vet appointments/Grooming appointments -Excursions at dog parks/hiking/swimming If you are interested in any of the above services, please message me and we can discuss rates and details.
