Pet care experience
I have taken care of my dog for 15 years. My dog is now elderly, so I have experience working with dogs that need more love and care. Don’t mind cleaning up after them. Have taken care for other family and friends dogs. I also use to volunteer at the ARL (Animal Rescue League). I regularly house sit for two large dogs. I love play with the dogs, take them on walk or to the dog park.

It won’t take you long after meeting Megan to see that she is a genuine, caring, and responsible person. Not only has she grown up taking care of a dog, but she has often assisted our family with caring for our dogs when we’re out of town. I know that when the dogs are under Megan’s watch they will be loved, well cared for, and and we can rest easy.
Megan has often taken care of our WestiePoo, Grace. Megan is reliable and prompt. It's important that we can rely on her for the basics of feeding/taking her out in a timely manner. However, it's also important to us that Grace feels comfortable with her caregiver and has a good experience. Megan always added the love and fun into her visits.

I live in a two story apartment with no other animals. There is plenty of space for any size dog. There are plenty of open space and parks around my area. I am very attentive to the dogs. They are always my first priority when I watch them.

Beforehand it nice to know how your dog interacts with new people. How your dog acts on walks and any helpful information I should know. If there is anything that I should watch out for, for instance if they like to chew on something they are not supposed to.
A typical day
I love to walk around Ada Hayden it’s so pretty and a great path. I also go to the dog park pretty frequently. Walks around the neighborhood is also always a go to.

I am a full time student at Iowa State. However, I am very flexible with times and days. I am always by my phone and able to do last minute scheduling.
