Pet care experience
My love & care for animals began at a young age. Always having a dog or cat at home as well as caring for others pets in the Neighborhood is what has led me to animal care through rover. We also have animals and know how important it is to have a good pet sitter when away so that you can travel stress free knowing your fur babies are in good care. My availability is flexible. I am a yoga teacher so my schedule is spread out, which allows me the space for animal care. I provide primarily house sitting but am open to house visits and regular dog walking, just send me a message or email meggwhit at g mail dot com. I know how hard it can be to travel without your fur baby, so rest assured your dog will be in good care with lots of love & snuggles! I offer one free meet up to make sure you feel like I would be a good fit to care for your animals while your away. :)

I highly recommend Megan! She's the best animal mom and auntie! She has a dog and cat and chickens of her own, and is a wonderful and loving caretaker. She is just as loving with other's pets! And is a wonderful dog walker, and animal caregiver.
Megan did a great job. I appreciated the pictures she sent while I was gone. While I missed my pets, I felt like they were being well taken care of.
Megan did a good job sitting with Tia and Bootsie. Tia is not a social dog and we were worried that she wouldn't adapt to being with a sitter. Fortunately, Megan was warm and loving with them and when we returned, they were both at ease. I would recommend Megan to other pet owners.
Megan is super sweet and patient with my grumpy old lady Piper. Piper is not the "happy to see everybody dog" and likes to enjoy life at a mellow and comfortable pace. Megan has given Piper the time to build her trust and now the excitement before each adventure.

If your dog is friendly and social I love to take them out to enjoy hikes and walks at near by trails, beaches or parks. Other activities would include spending time with them at home in the yard making sure they get exercise and feel mentally stimulated.
