Hello! Welcome to my dog-filled life. I’m so glad you decided to consider our home. :) WHO ARE WE? I am a true animal lover. I have over a decade of experience caring for a variety of pets of all kinds and sizes. I am young, energetic, and passionate about animals! I have a rescued husky/lab mix named Izzo who is three years old, and a two year old rescued German Shorthaired Pointer named Wyatt. Both guys have great energy and LOVE playing with other dog friends. We also have 12 chickens in our backyard coop. Our large, securely fenced in backyard allows for lots of outdoor play time, and our couches are a perfect snoozing space. We also live 2 blocks from the Monon Trail which makes for awesome walks! We have a safe. Puppy-proof home. We have many repeat clients who we LOVE and have fostered over 20 dogs in the last 3 years for a local rescue organization. We also have experience with high-strung dogs, picky eaters, puppies to elderly dogs and everything in between. We are knowledgeable about different breeds. Is your dog afraid of thunderstorms? No problem! Do they like to sleep on the bed? Absolutely! Have pooch with medical needs? We got you covered! What about car-chasers? No worries at all. WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT? 1. TONS of playtime! I often work from home, as does my fiancé, so dogs will not be left home alone for more than a couple of hours, depending on the day. I'm always pretty flexible. 2. Your dog's sleeping arrangement: If your dog prefers a crate, he is welcome to sleep there, or enjoy a favorite dog bed in my living room or with Izzo & Wyatt in one of the two bedrooms. At night, we gate off the kitchen to limit their access to our human food. :) 3. An abundance of photos of your dog eating, playing, snoozing, walking, or cuddling and updates, and we will gladly send them via rover message/text message/ carrier pigeon/smoke signals or whatever other method of communication that you prefer. 4. Professional and timely interactions. 5. A TIRED, HAPPY and HEALTHY dog waiting for your return. :) THEREFORE... I understand that your pets are an important part of your family, and they will be treated with the utmost respect, kindness, and love. ! I am very excited that I have many repeat clients that I have wonderful relationships with. Our clients, and their dogs, are family to us!
