Pet care experience
I cared for my puppy when I was ten. I would wake up in the middle of the night to take him outside, took him on walks, have given him medication with peanut butter, etc. I have recently been helping my roommate care for her puppy that she got in the summer. I help with training her, feeding her, and taking her on walks. I used to get paid to care for my neighbor’s and cousin’s dogs. I also have experience caring for other animals, as my family had a cat, a tortoise, bunnies, hamsters, fish, etc.

Megan was awesome! She took care of our pup on short notice, and gave her great attention. We came home to a very happy dog.
Megan did an amazing job of watching our house and 2 dogs over the weekend. Her communication was awesome and timely, she made sure our pups got plenty of exercise, and we came home to a clean house. Every day we got an update and photo of how things were going. We will definitely be using Megan in the future.
Megan is such a caring girl when it comes to animals. She is passionate about dogs and they always adore her! She's dog sat for me a couple of times and always kept me up to date about my dog Chloe. You won't regret trusting your furry loved one with Megan. -Liz
Megan has been an animal lover her whole life, whether she was having "puppy parties" for her early birthdays, or begging us to spend the afternoon at a pet store just to play and meet all the dogs! Even now that she is 22, every summer she comes home from college she manages to convince us to own another pet! Dogs, bunnies, hamsters, quail, tortoises, bantam chickens...we may as well live on a farm! Megan's kind heart and high level of responsibility has made her a great dog sitter/walker for many of our friends and family over the years.

I would like to know how active your dog is and whether or not they are potty trained. I love all dogs and do not have a breed preference.
A typical day
I would love to take your dog on a walk, play fetch, or run around with them. I live right next to a park where I take my roommate’s puppy to all the time.

Availability
I am a senior at Whitworth University, and have a pretty light load of classes this semester. I work part-time at the library on campus, and have an internship at SOAR behavior services this semester which will also be part time. I am flexible with my schedule and would love to work with animals any free time I have.
