Pet care experience
I have grown up owning dogs and having dogs throughout my extended family. I’m experienced with taking care of dogs of all sizes. I have a natural love for animals and I am studying wildlife biology in college at the moment. Animals are a very important part of my life and yours will be my number one priority while under my care. I will play and give them all the attention they need. Your dog will be cared for as if it was my own. I am 21 and will be living in my parents home while working with rover. We have a large enough house to accommodate big dogs and a very big yard for lots of running and playing! My father suffers from early onset Alzheimer’s and is also a big animal lover like me. I understand some may have concern about him being around their pets but I assure you he is very good with animals and I will always be attentative. This could also be a very therapeutic experience for him. Please do not let this deter you from choosing me to care for you pet. I look forward to taking care of your loved ones!

Megan let us meet and greet before our stay, kept us updated, and we got our corgi back happy and healthy. He looks like he got the attention he needed and we will definitely see if Megan is available the next time we go on vacation.
Megan has been lending a helping hand with my dog Olivia since the day I brought her home 2.5 years ago. When Olive was a pup, she had parvovirus & when she came home from the hospital we needed someone to watch her while we worked while she recovered. Megan was all over it, tending her when she was most fragile & helping her eat/drink & regain strength. Ever since then Olive absolutely loves Megan, her excitement when she visits is insane. She's a kind, responsible, caring animal lover & it shows. Trust me, you won't regret having her care for your furbaby.
Megan has been loving on our pup Gracie for 7 years now. When we need someone reliable and trustworthy it’s nice to know that we call on her to come care for our fur baby!

I’d like to know if your dog needs to remain on a leash and how well it is trained on a leash. Lastly, I’d like to know if your dog is house trained.
A typical day
I have a very large yard for walking, running, and playing. There are also several parks near by that I could take your dog to if it is comfortable with a short car ride. We will play fetch, tug of war, and try to learn some new tricks!
