My name is Meg and I’m 20 years old. I’m originally from Honolulu, Hawaii but I came to Idaho for college. I currently attend Idaho State University and I’m majoring in Radiologic Technology as well as double minoring in Japanese Language and Business Management. Animals have always had a special place in my heart. Back home I have a terrier mix that my family and I rescued from the Humane Society in 2013. Her name is Chibi which means “little person” in Japanese. Along with Chibi, I’ve had a bunch of different kinds of animals such as guinea pigs and birds. I volunteered at the Hawaiian Humane Society for about 9 years and I worked at Petco this past summer. I would also do multiple service projects for other animal shelters around the island.
