My name is Megan, and I'm a Certified Veterinary Technician here in Portland, Oregon, (also - fully vaccinated!). Over the years I've worked at a variety of different animal hospitals, as well as volunteering at pet rescues, and have found that my true passion in life is helping our furry friends. I have lots of experience working professionally with animals big and small, and also all ages. I hope to bring peace of mind to owners who have elderly pets, pets who need special care, or those who just need extra attention and playtime.

Megan was fabulous and took great care of my two kitties while I was away. She sent photos and/or messages every day so I knew they were doing well.

Megan did an excellent job with our two cats, including giving our older cat oral medicine! The regular updates and photos were fun to see, and the cats seemed to enjoy her company. We'd definitely recommend Megan to others looking for someone to check in on their cats :).

A typical day
I always make sure that animals are properly stimulated, whether it's going to the park or just playing at home. Being away from their owners can be an uncertain time for them, so it's important that their mind is occupied.

I've been doing this for about over a year now and it's been so much fun exploring the city, meeting new people and animals. I'm so used to taking care of animals in a medical way, it's been a nice change to just love on them :)
