🐾Currently healing a broken foot and only accepting pets with lower exercise needs as I’m in a walking boot and can spend limited time on my feet 🐾 Hi, I’m Megan! I have loved every kind of animal for as long as I can remember. Be it a dog, cat, hamster, or snake, I’ll take great care of your pets while you’re away. I strongly believe that pets are family and will treat them as such. I’ve been caring for animals since I started pet sitting 6 years ago in high school, and I have experience volunteering at an animal shelter where I got to help make the dogs feel comfortable until they found their forever home. I have experience caring for dogs of a variety of sizes, temperaments, and age. Additionally, I have cared for cats, bunnies, chinchillas, guinea pigs, and fish. I have never met an animal I didn't love, so I'm confident I can keep any type of pet happy and healthy!

Megan is the best! She handled a last minute furnace replacement and a snowstorm with such ease that I was able to concentrate on the business that I had to do. Best of all Ruffian loves her!
Megan was such a huge help when I needed a pet sitter last minute! She took great care of my cats while I was away, including giving medications twice a day. She took amazing photos of them both and it looks like they had a great time.

I know it can be hard for animals when their family is away, whether it's for a few hours or a few weeks. I intend to make things as fun as possible until you return. We’ll go on lots of walks, play with their favorite toys, or just enjoy each other’s company. If they just need drop ins or walks, I’ll be sure to pack in as much activity and affection as possible. It’s important to me that animals are taken care of. I’ll be sure to send lots of pictures and updates, as I’m sure you’ll miss them as much as they miss you!

A typical day
I’d love to take your pup to all of your favorite spots. I enjoy taking dogs on hikes and going to the park, but if ticks are of a particular concern, the local bike path is a perfect place to explore.
